Strictly Enforced Policies & Fees

 

24 Business Hour notice required for all Cancellations and Rescheduling

• All Clients are required to keep an active credit card on file.

• When we do not receive a 24 Hour notice your service provider misses the opportunity to fill your appointment aand other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

• As a courtesy, we send Email appointment reminders both 5 days and 2 days in advance. This helps to help ensure you that not only do we have the correct date and time scheduled for your services, but also gives you an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments or rescheduling of your appointment.

• We also send a Text message reminder 1 day before your appointment.

 

***Reminder, Sunday's and Mondays are not included in our business hours because we are closed. Should you need to cancel one of those days please email us versus leaving a voicemail.

 

Deposits

*Select services require a 50% deposit at time of booking. These services include but are not limited to any service 1.5 hours solid time or more such as Hair Extensions, Specialty & Corrective Color services, Perms, select Nail services and multiple service bookings.

*We reserve the right to require a 50% deposit for any & all services at our discretion.

Fees

*Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

*Less than 24-hour notice on any promotion will result in losing all promotional value.

*If you have a 2 part service such as a Cut & Color, you must give us 24 hours notice if you are canceling any part of your service or you will be charged a partial cancelation fee.

*First time clients who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged the cancelation fee.

*Current clients will receive one appointment per year in which policy fees will be waived because we understand that sometimes emergencies occur.

Late Policy

We always try our best to accommodate each and every one of our clients! We know that everyone's time is valuable and we do our best to take all of our clients on time.

• Please call us as soon as possible if you know you will be more than 5 minutes late. This allows our team to adjust their schedules accordingly to best accommodate you.
• Though we will do the best with the time we have, in the event that you are 10 or more minutes late, you may have to forfeit parts of your service.
• Your appointment will end at its scheduled time in respect of the clients following you.
• If we are unable to perform parts of your service due to tardiness, the 24 hour policy will apply resulting in a 50% charge of that portion of your service.

 

We reserve the right to charge up to 50% service fee if your service is unable to be performed.

Reasons we may be unable to perform your service:

-Inappropriate behavior, aggresion or sexual advances of any kind.

-Suspected to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol that causes impaired judgment.

-Appointments of minors with out consent from guardian.

-Condition/lenght/thickness of hair/body part to be serviced is not as described.

-Service may cause harm to customer in any way. We always suggest a consultation prior to a new service.

 

Any coupons, gift certificates, discounts, or promotional packages

must be mentioned at the time of booking and must be present on the day of services.
